NICRP is working with the Attorney General’s Office to help establish a statewide domestic violence fatality review team, as well as a review team in Clark County. Domestic Violence Fatality Review Teams review selected adjudicated cases of fatalities due to domestic violence. The mission of these teams is to improve the coordination and delivery of service outcomes and prevent incidents and deaths related to domestic violence. NICRP is helping to establish team protocols, data collection tools and facilitates the review meeting process.
