NICRP is serving as the Evaluation and Data Lead for the DCFS Infant and Toddler Court Program. For families with children aged three years and younger, under court jurisdiction, in foster care or at risk of removal from their families, this program seeks to increase access to expedited, comprehensive supports. This program also intends to improve efforts at family, community, and systems levels to strengthen families and prevent child maltreatment and/or child welfare involvement for children under three years of age.
