NICRP was selected to evaluate the Southern Nevada Health District’s (SNHD) Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH) grant from 2015-2017. Through this grant, SNHD will implement a program of services designed to address tobacco use and exposure, poor nutrition, physical inactivity, and lack of access to chronic disease prevention, risk reduction and management opportunities in Clark County.
