Throughout the District’s strategic plan, work is approached through a theory of action that recognizes “Our people drive our success.” It folows, “In order to realize this plan, we must commit to attracting, growing, retaining, and rewarding our people.” This theory helps operationalize established core values of high expectations, accountability, equity, innovation, integrity, leadership, customer service, and communication into five strategic priorities that enable CCSD to achieve student success targets.
