The 2023 Annual Action Plan (AAP) is the fourth annual action plan of the state of Nevada’s 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan, a five-year plan addressing the State’s housing and community development needs. The purpose of each annual action plan is to provide a summary of what the State proposes to do in the upcoming year to further the priorities and objectives of the Consolidated Plan. The plan is reviewed by the public; citizen comments are summarized in each annual action plan.
