Future Smiles is a school-based oral health program that offers five-levels of professional dental services
by licensed dental providers:
1. Oral health education presentations and brushing supplies
2. Professional dental hygiene services: Mobile School-Based Sealant Program (SSP)
3. Fixed dental hygiene health center: the Education and Prevention of Oral Disease (EPOD)
4. Fixed school-based dental health center: the NWP Dental Wellness Center (NWP DWC)
5. Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC)
