This report includes a selection of bills brought forth during the session that will or would have had an impact on health equity in Nevada. The bills reviewed in this document are separated into 14 categories to delineate the areas in which the provisions proposed would take effect. This report includes 34 selected bills, but is not inclusive of all bills related to health equity. For each bill included in this review, there is a summary of the bill text, a bill decision section, and discussion points on the bill’s potential impact on health equity in Nevada.
