The Nevada Children’s Justice Act Task Force was established in 1994 by the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), Department of Health and Human Services. The Task Force meets quarterly, and subcommittees meet as needed to work on identified projects. The Task Force is facilitated by a DCFS Social Services Program Specialist who works with the Task Force Chair to identify agenda items and to the monitor progression toward goals.
