This document includes both the Nevada Needs Assessment and the Statewide Plan for implementation of mitigation programs and services to address opioid misuse and OUDs in Nevada. Per NRS 433.736, the Needs Assessment uses qualitative and quantitative data and evidence-based practices to determine the gaps and recommendations.
