This report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 439B.650. This information will be presented in a public hearing as required. Data collected from the 2022 calendar year was utilized to create this report. The process of manufacturing, distributing, and paying for pharmaceuticals involves numerous commercial entities, including drug manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and insurers. Real transaction prices, including rebates and discounts at each stage of this process, are needed to understand profits across the supply chain.
